Doesn't really go with my layout colors but I can change that easily enough. I just really needed a change. And I REALLY need to brush up on my Photoshop 'skills' ;) I'll probably end up with an Eleven/Amy header, but for now I love just looking at the TARDIS in space ♥_♥

Anyhoo, tomorrow is my day off. Gonna spend it in bed watching movies. The way God intended. Friday might suck because of hours and possible visit by higher-ups. Saturday I have to open early, but I'm out before noon. I need to get my eyebrows done and possibly get bangs again. At least I dyed my hair tonight so it's red again. Last time I dyed my hair, the color wasn't nearly red enough for my liking.

Doctor Who (Eleven/Amy with a pinch of Matt/Karen) vid rec: Brand New Day. I've fallen for this fandom and pairing pretty hard. I've been watching since Nine, but it's just that it's so fun again. It's the kind of fandom that reminds you why you love fandom in the first place. Plus, I think I'm developing crushes on both leads. Damn them and their adorableness(es). So... is it Saturday yet?!

For two weeks I'll be hitting Amsterdam, Germany (Cologne), Paris, London, and Dublin with my dad, stepmom, and sister.

themiddleblog? It's great, but beware of possible spoilers for upcoming episodes. Also, they're going to be at Comic-Con!! I don't know how I'll have time for everything, but I'll work something out.

* My friend is getting us tickets to the midnight showing of The X-Files today!! Just 10 more days.

* We're having a BBQ at work today. Not sure why. I think it's for all the July birthdays. But whatever. FOOD!

I'm leaving for Seattle tomorrow, and then driving to Canada. I'll be back on the 22nd only to fly out on the 23rd for San Diego and Comic-Con. I might be able to visit LJ, but who knows. Don't have too much fun without me now ^_^

Too bad I'll be missing the season premiere of Psych :(

I'm going to be good. I've been reading spoilers for Doctor Who pretty much all this series, but I'm not going to read or look at anything about the finale this week. It's hard though. However a few things are making it a little less so. In other words, a List 'o Happiness.

1. Screencaps from TW (series 2) deleted scenes - IANTO!! He can kick ass, he knows everything, but of all the reasons to love him, first and foremost - he's a dork <3

~~I don't know if that scene exists online yet because I'm at work and I can't download anything or watch YouTube.~~ Well, there's apparently a crappy phone-recorded version at least on YouTube. I think I'll just wait for an AVI or something.

3. L: Change the WorLd now has English subtitles! And I get to finally watch it when I get off of work today!! (PS I'm going to posting another mini picspam of L in the near future.)

4. When I go to Canada in like 2 weeks, I might be able to visit Simon Fraser University. Why would that be awesome, you ask? Because this = this. It's not the SGC, but I've always wanted to visit Tollana ;D

There are many other locations they filmed at, but this one also has the Museum of Archaeology & Ethnology.

It's only been a week, but it feels like a lot longer. Well let's see... I've officially graduated from UCSC. Now I'm just waiting for my diploma in the mail. I ended my college career with a 3.58 GPA average (could have done better, but I'm not complaining). This last quarter I got two As and a Passing (which would have been an A, but it was mandatory P/NP).

Other news, my stepmom's work needs someone to do temp stuff and it looks like I'll have a job this summer (or at least part of it) ^_^ And other than reading Death Note, that's all I'm really doing for the rest of this month (I need an L icon). Although I did FINALLY get one of the new Torchwood books that I ordered. So I have that to read too. And the rest of the Dresden Files books. I'm only in the middle of book three.

However, in July I'll be going to Canada for a week (random family vacation) and then flying to San Diego for Comic-Con! There will also be new Psych, the new Stargate movie, the new X-Files movie, new SGA, my mom's birthday, I move out of my apartment, and I'll be planning my trip to Europe with

pinkpurpleponie to see the Mighty Boosh live!!!

PS It's FUCKING HOT HERE. At least I'll soon be watching last week's Doctor Who as well as some other shows. At the moment I'm trying to find the Death Note anime.

PPS This is fucking gorgeous. Atlantis, anyone? Oh, and nerdy aliens FTW ;)

2/3 of my grades have been posted. The two that are up were Pass/No Pass. Thankfully, I got 'Pass' on both of them, and they were the last two classes I needed to satisfy my major requirement. I'm officially done with Anthro. I just need my last quarter for credit and I can graduate this bitch.

Spring Break is going alright. I've been off since Thursday and Friday my dad, stepmom, sister, and I drove down to San Pedro to spend Easter with her family. It was nice to see them. But damn, it was warm. I don't like warm. I had fun though.

As for the rest of my Spring Break? I have tomorrow and then Thursday I'm getting my wisdom teeth removed. How much of the rest of the week I'll be able to enjoy, I guess we'll see. Oh, and I'm going to talk about Torchwood, but in it's own entry.

So I finally got my sister to upload the pictures from our RV trip. Some exciting things you'll see include the California coastline, a giant rock, a spiderweb, Santa Barbara, giant sea creatures, and a creepy angel statue (Blink and you're dead!)
