That 'when you see this, post a poem to your journal' meme. In honor of it almost being St. Paddy's Day and me seeing The Boondock Saints in a theatre tomorrow with my friend (and me now owning the second one on DVD):

From memory, 'The Mouse on the Barroom Floor'

Some Guinness was spilled on the barroom floor
when the pub was shut for the night.
Out of his hole crept a wee brown mouse
and stood in the pale moonlight.

He lapped up the frothy brew from the floor,
then back on his haunches he sat.
And all night long you could hear him roar
'Bring on the Goddamn cat!'

I also have thoughts on the season finales of White Collar and Psych, but I'm le tired so that'll have to wait.

But I will say 0_0 to this:

That's all pretty much me except I only like the outdoors in theory. I like to view it from inside a comfortable chair next to a window. Well, that's not completely true. I do like nature. But I hate extremely dislike camping.

My left eye has been bothering me since last night. You never realize just how unaware of your eyeball you are until it hurts.

I checked with the people over in the Anthro dept. and as long as I pass the two classes I'm in this quarter, I'm done with my major requirements. And I've already spoken to my regular counselor who said that I'm done with my GEs. So I'm okay to take my 'fun' classes since all I need now is credit and I should be good to graduate at the end of Spring quarter.

And because it's last minute, I don't know if it'll work out, but Hal Sparks is going to be in San Francisco this weekend and I'm going home so hopefully if my friends want to go with me, I'll be able to see him.

Now I'm off to get ready because I have a presentation to give in my next class. Ugh.

Since my presentation/paper is about Irish folklore, I'll leave you with one of my favorite - not serious - poems. I'm serious that I like it; it's just not that serious... Just read it.
