I am so full of cupcakes right now. Oh, God. I ate like 5 of them. No more sweets this week, LOL.
In other news, some info on the upcoming 3rd SG1 movie. ( A couple thoughts... )
I'm going to miss the first showing of the series finale of SGA because I get out of work as it starts :( But while no more SGA will make me sad (although with the way this season has been going, not as sad as I might have been), at least Psych is back!
PS Remind me to never try and help or talk to my mom ever again. There is no reason me offering to get her a calender should end up in a fight. I mean, really!
PPS I should really start on that budgeting part of my 101 things list. Especially since I got my very first student loan bill in the mail.
PPPS My Hana Kimi DVDs are on the way!! But no more buying stuff, dammit.

Christmas v2
Dec. 28th, 2008 12:00 amSo, I went to my dad's yesterday. I feel bad that I could only stay for one night, but I have work tomorrow morning :/ It also throws off my internal clock/calender. I feel like it's Sunday already. Anyhoo, I got MORE stuff. See, it's fun having divorced parents - twice the holidays, and twice the presents! This time I got:
+ more clothes
+ Mamma Mia!
+ Drake Bell's concert DVD
+ more candy
+ a nice purse/bag
+ another Trek Pez set (my family knows me well, they just don't coordinate their gifts, LOL)
+ $$ (which I'm allowing myself to spendmost some of, because I've been good and I'm saving all my work money anyway - so I'm getting The Dresden Files season 1 (only $15 on Amazon), Cloverfield, Stargate: The Ark of Truth, Live Free or Die Hard, Little Shop of Horrors, the JR artbook, a green Pop Pop (hours of entertainment!), and I think that's it)
I still haven't watched the DW Xmas special yet. Hopefully I'll get to do that tomorrow after work. My stomach's been bothering me more than usual the past couple days. I don't know what sets it off, but it's done this before for various periods of time. Also, while I'm complaining, my left knee has been bugging me. At least I have Monday off, so maybe I can just rest a bit.
BTW, just a fair warning to y'all - I will be writing an entry soon about Hanazakari no Kimitachi e and how much I've fallen in love with both the show as a whole and Nakatsu <3

I'm only 2 episodes in and I love it. It's silly and fun and just what I need right now <3 It's also one of the few shows where I really love all the characters (although some more than others). And I even have an OT3 (the 3 in the middle of the picture I posted above). I never have those!
PS This Drake & Josh interview is adorable! They're in love, Y/Y?
'The drama is based on the popular manga of the same name by Nakajo Hisaya. Horikita plays the protagonist Ashiya Mizuki, a Japanese girl in the U.S. who one day sees the young athlete Sano Izumi compete in high jumping on television. She begins to idolize him. Sano gets injured one day in America while trying to help Mizuki escape from some gangsters. He stops high jumping ever since. Mizuki blames herself for the incident and decides to go to Japan and help Sano find his love for high jumping.
