Re: my thoughts about the most recent Merlin, I might just have to link you to elandrialore's entry here. Basically, everything I was thinking, but more intelligent sounding. Also, pictures! And a 'missing scene' that in all honesty, should have been in the episode. But at the very least, we all know it happened ;)

I'll just say that I liked it. A great deal, actually.

I think I'm the only one that likes the Romantic couple the most. Everyone else goes for the Egoist.

I understand why the Romantica couple is the 'main' couple. There's more... I don't know. Story there. And to be honest, I'm not quite sure why the Egoist couple stands out for me so much.

I do know that I identify way too much with Hiroki (personality-wise, obviously I'm not a gay Japanese man, and thankfully I was never in love with my best friend). I'm not violent like him, but I don't know. I feel like I understand his thought process or something. LOL, so where's my Nowaki?

I love all three couples (although there's four now, right?). But for some reason, I just feel the urge to icon and crap with the Egoist couple more often. It might have something to do with the fact that we get less of them than the Romantica couple. I think I'm also drawn to the fact that they've been together for some time. Hell! Earlier today, I was squeeing at the fact that they actually own a home together. Which, given my usual MO of preferring first time fics and being addicted to the newness of things (relationships, fandoms, etc.), is rather odd.

... That was kind of a long response. Sorry.

But I know that at least the RL friend that I got into this show, her favorite couple is the Romantica one too. So you're not alone. Also, I don't know if you've seen this (http://community.livejournal.com/junjou_fanatics/174571.html#cutid1), but it's kind of cool. It by no means, represents everyone, but it's still kind of fun. Statistically ^_^

Nonsense. You always manage intelligence. Which is quite a feat when faced with such adorableness and hotness. How they manage both (and often at the same time), I have no idea. Not that I'd dare question it ;)
