spacemonkeyluvnSo I didn't get the job. I'm both disappointed and quite relieved. Obviously the money would have been nice, but I was sort of dreading the idea of working there. And not in the normal I-don't-want-to-work kind of way, but in a real soul-crushing kind of way.
I have some really cool friends though. They're already finding other jobs that I can apply for.
In the mean time, I'm trying to watch the House marathon right now and my mom won't stop talking. Then she asks what a character just said and I try really hard not to yell "Just shut up and watch the fucking show! Then you'd hear what the characters are saying." Sheesh!
NEW SEASON OF HEROES STARTS TOMORROW and NEW HOUSE ON TUESDAY!!! Also, I have a friend's birthday party to go to on Friday, the reopening of the California Academy of Sciences on Saturday as well as my own birthday party Saturday night. My friends and I are going to a karaoke lounge in Japantown. Should be interesting ;D
