The con gods must be smiling on me right now, because just when I thought it couldn't get any better than yesterday, today I got to meet (and get autographs from) Simon Pegg, Edgar Wright, and Jessica Hynes.

Well, for one thing, I was so nervous about seeing them and possibly talking to them. But they are such genuinely nice and geeky people that it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. I was more nervous around John Barrowman and Gareth David-Lloyd.

I wore my Star Trek 'Geek' shirt that day and both Edgar and Simon said it was an awesome shirt ^_^ Then Simon said something along the lines of 'You know I'm playing the chief engineer right?' and winked at me. I said 'Of course I know!' which made him sort of laugh. Edgar asked if I was going to the Spaced screening that night. I told him yes, and later felt guilty because I couldn't actually make it. Even though I'm sure he didn't notice I was missing, LOL. And Jessica was talking to somebody when I got to her, so she basically just signed the picture and I moved on.

One of my favorite parts of their panel was when they were talking about other shows they like that they think people should check out and they mentioned the Mighty Boosh and the audience cheered XD

That's awesome...Simon is my Dream Guy Friend and I abolutely adore Jess.
I love that they gave some props to the Boosh and that the audience cheered! Yay x2!
