Heroes tonight!!
is it coming back for another season, because depending on how it ends, i'm just wondering what they could possibly do next season? not only is it coming back, but it's going to have a spin-off as well. yay? and thank you to umeedmerchant for the link/info

last night i had a couple of weird dreams and at least two of them involved Terrence Mann. in the first dream, i was in class (i don't know which class though; it felt more like high school) and i was listening to Les Mis on my CD player when the teacher looked at me with that put-it-away-before-i-take-it-away look. when i took off the headphones, the whole class could hear the song (one of Javert's songs) and the teacher, who just happened to be Terrence Mann, started singing along. the second dream was a bit more unsettling. in the dream, my mom calls to tell me that Terrence Mann had passed away. i don't remember much else, other than i was very upset and i kept thinking how there would be no more Dresden Files. i think i might have actually started to cry too. not the best thing to wake up to- i thought it was real for a few minutes.

this weekend was nothing but stress (as the next few weeks will be), but i actually managed to finish the homework that was due today. before today! normally, i'd be frantically reading articles on Lithic debitage and analysis, but this week, they're already done. of course, instead, i'm working on a 5-6 page methodology literature review for my Archaeological Research Design paper/research proposal that's due tomorrow.

this made me feel a little better, though. i think it's the giant crotch behind their heads that brings it to a whole new level ^_^

EDIT: the Best Week Ever Blog would post this link while i'm trying to do homework. however, i can't stay mad at them. they posted a clip from The Mighty Boosh. now, which to watch first- TV or movies?

God, I am so excited about Heroes as well. I nearly wet myself yesterday when I've read that they were going to show it in Poland - 2 episodes every week. *_* I'll finally see what is the whole excitment about (well, even Deadpool mentioned it, so it must be good :P)

Heroes is crack, but one that's slow acting. i didn't much care for it at the start, but now i can't get enough. and 2 episodes every week? sweet. at least they're letting you catch up rather quickly =D

I don't watch Heroes(I tried I just couldn't get into to it) but not only is it coming back apparently it is also getting a spin-off.

i couldn't get into it at first. in fact, it was only about 5 or 6 episodes ago did i start liking it. it helps that i go to my friend's dorm and we have a mini party.

i'm not sure how i feel about the spin-off. i guess i'll just have to wait and see. thank you for the link though ^_^

I watched the first half of the season or so. I just didn't care for the writing and the only character I really like was Hiro. well Hiro and Ando. most of the actors are great, the art direction's good. I just couldn't care less about the story. I know a lot of people say it's gotten much better in the last few episodes, but I've read the recaps and am still not interested. even CE's presence doesn't interest me enough to start re-watching. also, I think I have enough tv on my plate!

and I'm not knocking you or anyone for watching, it's just not my thing.

I'm really skeptical about a spin-off though. it just seems too early. I'm afraid it may be the case that NBC doesn't have a lot of hits and they are hoping to have a sure thing with a Heroes spin-off...

CE wasn't in it for long enough.

but i understand. besides different tastes, it's not the best show out there. i just like getting caught up in the excitment and emo-ness of it ;)

but yeah, i'm worried about the spin-off. i'm still upset NBC cancelled The Black Donnellys. people are so fickle, i'm worried whenever i like a new show because i don't know if it's coming back or not.

well, anthropology (with a specific track in archaeology) isn't too bad. at least i don't need massive amounts of math. i am not a math person. not in the least. but unfortunately, anthropologists/archaeologists love to write papers. really long, boring papers ;)
