mmm... frosted mini-wheats
Sep. 20th, 2005 11:44 pmi was feeling slightly depressed earlier and today's new TV made it better/worse. i loved the new episode of NCIS and now i can't get enough of House. especially House/Wilson. i'll explain more under the cut. i also felt creative/weird/bored so i made some icons of Alton Brown from Food Network's 'Good Eats'. that man is awesome. i adore him :)

NCIS made me cry. i knew i would just because of what happened last season, but still, it was emotional. i was surprised though at how well they worked in some humor so the episode wasn't too unbearable. i liked Abby's version of Kate. i love Abby and their scenes together made me really sad. Gibbs telling Tony to change into dry clothes and asking if he wanted any coffee was both adorable and sad. i agree with TOny, Gibbs being nice is just wrong. but it was sweet to see it for a minute. Tony trying to get Gibbs upset so he would smack him upside his head and be grumpy again was cute. Tony likes getting smacked by Gibbs because it makes him feel wanted :) and when Gibbs was holding Abby and saying he would protect her, i started crying some more. he is so protective of her. and Ducky! i love Ducky more than words can say. when he paused for just a second responding in the elevator, Gibbs just knew. he started running after Ducky, but he was too late. and Gerald. i never thought we'd ever see him again. i hope he comes back. i miss him. overall, great episode. very emotional, but still had its moments.
House is one of my new favorite shows. this episode made me cry too, dammit! oh well. it was worth it. and yay! for House/Wilson moments XD he had a much bigger part in this episode than i've seen so far. i hope he has more episodes like this. they work so well together and have such chemistry. of course it helps that they're totally married and doing it ;) it was painful when Wilson told House to go to hell. i'm sure many people tell House to go to hell, but he actually looked upset when Wilson told him. it was so adorable when House wanted to get Wilson's attention so he threw a pebble or something at the window. it reminded me of teenagers who sneak out of the house to make out. and then Wilson opened House's pills for him. awwww... :)
very touching episode though. that little girl made me cry. and that guy who tried to circumcise himself made me cringe. ouch. yay for Tuesday TV!!
