well, i feel like crap right now. thank god i'm not in school yet. my chest, throat, nose, skin, etc... hurt. and i'm sick of soup :/ the only keeping me from feeling completely sorry for myself is what's going on in New Orleans and around that area. i was just watching the news and there are no words. we don't have many natural disasters on this scale, but this one certainly qualifies. some people drowned in their own homes and others are sleeping on the freeway just because there is no other dry land. i just hope everyone here and their loved ones are okay. i'm feeling really hot right now, so i think i'll try to take a nap.

aw, poor you. watch some red dwarf. it's good with studying too, i've been watching it on mute while i study, it's very companionable. :P

red dwarf does have rather therapeutic properties, true :) i'm afraid i can't watch it while i study though. i get distracted way too easily ^_^ then again, i do my best work right before it's due so... ;)

i've found i benefit from being able to stop every five minutes or so and laugh at Rimmer's stupid expression of the minute. And, yes i'm like that too, with the last minute work... yeesh.
