I'm going to spam you a couple times tonight, I'm not really sorry.




I gotta say, since I've been making stuff from scratch, the boxed stuff just doesn't taste as good anymore. However I just wanted to make quick cupcakes and focus on splitting the batter into six bowls and dyeing each one a different color. I also made turkey burgers (making up a recipe as I went along - a little too moist, but damn delicious) and sweet potato fries for dinner. No picture though because it was all I ate today and it didn't last long enough for me to take a picture ;D

And I don't really do award shows because the second hand embarrassment is just TOO MUCH for me, but YAY COLIN FIRTH AND THE KING'S SPEECH!!!!!!!!!! And Natalie Portman. But BOO! How to Train Your Dragon not winning *pouts*

Oh, and my sister is precious. She text me to tell me Colin Firth won ♥

Ooh, psychedellic cupcakes! I would love to try that sometime. After you separated and dyed the batter, how did you mix the colors?

I just put a spoonful of each color right on top of each other (working backwards from the rainbow, so purple on bottom to red on top). Sometimes one color wouldn't quite make it to the edges and each cupcake ended up with a different pattern :D

Mmmm, turkey burger and sweet potato fries sound tasty! I've been wanting to try these turkey n' stuffing burgers but haven't had a chance yet. This post has me thinking about it more seriously :-P

Meh! And honestly, I haven't even seen Toy Story 3 yet, but I feel like just because HTTYD wasn't Pixar, it wasn't really considered. But maybe I'm just being bitter ;)

Oh hey! Did you see that we're Team Passion now? It's gonna be hard letting go of Logic, but a little mix up might be nice.

I haven't seen Toy Story 3 either, and yeah, I agree. I like Pixar and I like their films (except for the Toy Story franchise, oddly enough. Saw 1 & 2 as a kid and went, meh) but I think they're a bit overrated when it comes to awards and things.

Yeah! And I think I actually figured out the mixed up letters quote thing. eeee.

I know, I kind of miss Team Logic. But maybe now it'll be more balanced! And maybe we'll win this time. :S
