A couple of my favorite David Mitchell 'rants' from one of my favorite British panel shows Would I Lie To You? where "...contestants have to bluff about their deepest secrets." I love panel shows and this is the one that makes me laugh the most. I'm especially fond of the bickering that goes on between the two team captains: David Mitchell and Lee Mack.
But yes, the contestants must read a 'fact' from the card in front of them which may or may not be true. They have to act like it is though and the other team can ask them questions while trying to decide if they're being to lied to or not. They'll also bring guests out and everyone from a team will claim to know them for some crazy reason.
The episodes are usually so funny I'll watch them over and over again. It helps that I have a terrible memory and can't remember who was lying and who was telling the truth ;)
