I've sent out all my Christmas cards for my flist, and now I have to actually write the ones for my family and friends in RL. Also, for the people whose cards are being sent out of the US, I'm sorry if you don't actually get them before Christmas. I gave them to my mom a while ago to mail, but she only got around to it a couple days ago.

I also caved and looked at the spoilery stills from the finale of Merlin and most of them I had already seen, but the ones with Gaius? NOOOO! Merlin's face in that last one breaks my heart, OMG. I mean, we all know Arthur can't stay dead so that's not nearly as traumatic as Gaius. Assuming Gaius really is going to die - What will Merlin do without his mentor/father figure? There won't be anyone who knows his secret, apart from the dragon, but that doesn't count. He's going to be more alone than ever :( People keep saying that Arthur's not ready to be the king. Well, who's to say Merlin is ready to be on his own? Ahhhh! By Saturday night, I have a feeling I'll be sobbing.

A couple other things:

* I love Nimueh's dress
* I don't quite get why her hair is crimped though
* I now wonder if Merlin's quote about her having killed his friend is about Arthur or Gaius

Finals Break is a good time for getting into new shows. And it's only 13 episodes, so it shouldn't take too long :D

I seriously hate myself for caving in and looking at these yesterday. Just. GAIUS! NO! I mean, the whole 'you shouldn't have killed my friend' line was quite weird for me, because the episode description made it very clear Arthur doesn't die. But just, NOT GAIUS! This would just break my heart into a million pieces. I don't want anyone to die!

I'm sort of upset at myself for looking too, just because if it's true, it spoils something pretty big there. However, I'm also glad I'll have some warning. Not like that's really going to help if Gaius actually dies :(

I don't want anyone to die either. Especially not yet - it's only the first series!

I really, really hope that the BBC were just teasing us with those pictures and not actually spoiling the hell out of us. Cos that would make me very, very sad. :(
