i used instructions on how to use a custom moodtheme by crackified here. i used the Admin Console option and i've uploaded the .txt file here- Megaupload with changes (the size and file type) to fit my theme.

if you don't mind adding your mood every time you post, i used to use this (http://community.livejournal.com/crackified/5304.html) tut for free accounts. or you can switch to Plus just long enough to set up your mood and then switch back to Basic.
