tv, movies, and books
Mar. 16th, 2009 10:57 pmSci Fi Channel is being even more of an idiot. Syfy? Really? I miss the good ol' days when the Sci Fi Channel aired more than just bad movies and wrestling. Whatever. I've pretty much stopped watching that channel anyway.
Last night I watched a movie that I quite enjoyed - Ai no Kotodama. Oh, the drama and angst that comes from not communicating with your love(r)! However, Ootani and Tachibana are one of the most adorablefictional couples I've ever seen. I ended up staying up until 2am watching the movie and by the end, I couldn't stop smiling. And to think, I might never have heard about this movie (and then gone looking for it) if it wasn't for
fandomsecrets.

Oh, and I'm actually reading again. I have a really bad habit of starting a book, really liking it, reading half of it, and then never finishing it. No matter how much I like it, it's REALLY hard for me to finish a book. However, I decided to read The Picture of Dorian Gray by Oscar Wilde. I wanted to read it before the Colin Firth version of the movie came out. Plus, the time period and location of this book are some of my favorites. Of all things I have read, I tend to get more involved with stories such as those of Sherlock Holmes or Jeeves and Wooster.
I'm tired. I'm gonna eat a scone and then get in bed. 'Night.
