I have a few canon couples actually.

In the romantic, possibly realistic but mostly ideal, kind of way - Nowaki/Hiroki from Junjou Romantica and Mulder/Scully from The X-Files.

In a more realistic, I want that marriage, kind of way - Dan/Roseanne from Roseanne and Bill/Judy from Still Standing.

Roseanne: Dan has no say in what goes on around here.
Dan: It's true. I'm merely a figurehead.

Brian Miller: [Bill and Judy come to Brian's school] Oh no, it IS you two!
Judy: What do you mean, 'it is us'?
Brian Miller: Everyone's saying that a hooker and her parole officer are walking around looking for me. I was hoping...
Bill: Hear that, Judy? I'm married to a hooker!
