My left shoulder hurts :/
Boo that.
I currently cannot get this song out of my head? Does anybody happen to have it? So I can listen to it over and over and over again? And while we're on the subject, anybody have this song too?
'Coffee' by Supersister and/or 'Big Machine' by Goo Goo Dolls
In other news, I went to Walmart today and got a silver and super shiny purse because it was on sale and I need something to match my boots.
Oh, and after reading this review (of sorts over at
jackxianto - flocked unfortunately) I've decided that I need the new Torchwood books "The Twilight Streets" (which I was going to get anyway, based on the cover alone) and possibly "Trace Memory" based on
Ianto Jones was at his station behind the run-down Tourist Information Centre that served as a front to the clandestine goings-on in Torchwood. His bare feet were on the desk, his tie slumped like a crestfallen snake nest to an open pizza box, the top two buttons of his shirt undone.
"Taking it easy, I see?" said Jack, stepping through the security door that led to the Hub itself. "Well, at least somebody has the right idea. Whatcha doing there, Sport?"
"'Sport'?" said Ianto. "Not sure I like 'Sport' as a term of endearment. 'Sexy' is good, if unimaginative. 'Pumpkin' is a bit much, but 'Sport'? No. You'll have to think of another one."
"OK, Tiger Pants. Whatcha doing?"
God, what I wouldn't give to see that scene on the show.
Ianto.
Bare feet.
Tie off.
On the desk.
Buttons undone.
Jesus Christ, that's hot.
Also, I'm not quite sure why, but I LOLed like crazy at the 'Tiger Pants' thing.

Date: 2008-03-02 03:42 am (UTC)And as for my icon, I'm sorry for any confusion it may have caused. But I cannot help think that with Daniel and Ianto's love of fine coffee, they could become the best of friends. And gossip about their respective Jacks. Over coffee of course ^_^
Daniel and Ianto also both keep diaries/journals and both of them had loved ones/girlfriends/wives get turned into something horrible and get killed by teammate(s).

Date: 2008-03-02 03:54 am (UTC)Which has absolutely nothing to do with my own newly renewed love affair with espresso drinks.I'm sorry my icon is so distracting! Although, it was designed with the intention of grabbing attention, so I suppose I did okay on that front. :D

Date: 2008-03-02 04:00 am (UTC)I'm actually a little sad because I love coffee, but have had to (for the most part anyway) stop drinking it. It's apparently not good for panic attacks and anxiety. Who knew ^_^
And your icon definitely grabbed my attention, so job well done! Not only did it grab it, it kept it as well.

Date: 2008-03-02 04:05 am (UTC)On my Facebook profile, under my status, it now says "Just call me Tiger Pants!" Of course, no one I know will get/understand it, but hey, that's par for the course ^_^

And so totally on that crossover crack fic idea...ROFL! I need to finish my first crossover fic! Darn you plot bunnies, quit breeding!

Date: 2008-03-02 07:25 am (UTC)But yes, that scene. I have no words to express just how much I
wantneed to see this happen. Those plot bunnies are quite prolific, aren't they? However, were they to spawn such a wonderful crossover as TW/SG1, I would be forever in their debt ;D
