OMG! Wilson <3

Two questions:

1. Are there strings attached to the antlers (on Wilson's head) which Wilson may or may not be pulling making them wave at House?

2. Is it just me or does Wilson totally look like a mannequin?

I saw this actually in an icon someone made and I was SURE it's a manip of some kind! When I found out the picture actually came from promo pics I squeed so hard with Wilson love! :D
