Can I not be here right now? In Daly City, it's a lovely 63°F. Even in Santa Cruz it's only 75°F. In freakin' San Jose where I'm working/living atm, it's 96°F. And it's only supposed to get hotter :(

Also, my back hurts from sitting all day in front of a computer.

So, I'm currently reading Death Note Another Note: The Los Angeles BB Murder Cases. Good book so far. I'm loving L more and more. But I can't help but giggle like a 12 year-old when he says things like:

"Once something has entered your mouth, it should never be spit out like that. And those terrible moans do nothing for your image, either."

And

"Don't worry. I'm a top."
"A top?"
"An aggressive top... I have never once been submissive. One of the few things I can boast about. I have never even been submissive to a traffic signal."

One good thing about having a father who goes from hobby to hobby is that I get to do a lot of things I normally wouldn't be able to do. On Sunday, we went to the shooting range. I have never fired an actual gun before. It was... different. Nobody got hurt, thank God ;) But it felt so surreal. There's a lot of power in that little thing.

Also, one of the shells bounced off my face :D
