a couple things

1. Ashes to Ashes spoilers:
From here:
In the first episode of Ashes To Ashes, Ray explains to Alex how Sam had spent a further seven years with the team.
He tells her that Sam then died during a jewellery robbery the year before – 1980.
Sam’s car ended up in the river, but his body was never found.
I know this leaves it open for him to return if John Simm agrees and they want to go that way. I also know that this is not Life on Mars and this show takes place in the new girl's mind. This still does not please me at all and it makes me wish I had the LoM DVDs so I could watch them all again and forget about this new show. Which makes me even more upset because I love Gene and I still want to see how he acts in the '80s. I don't know. I just don't know.
And this - Gene is now divorced – the unseen Mrs Hunt finally had enough and left him.
My first thought was they divorced because he was so distraught over losing Sam or maybe it happened before that and they divorced so that Gene and Sam could be together. Then I remembered it's probably just to allow room for romance between Gene and the new girl :(
2. My brother is a dork ;) This is not news, but I think his Facebook profile is adorable:
I am a rather large individual, 6'3" and 265 lbs. I wear a size 15 shoe and I use intimidation and manipulation to get what I want. Though if you get to know me, you'll soon discover that I'm not all that intimidating or threatening. I am incredibly open even with people I don't really know. I am very trusting, generous, and I can be very helpful if the situation calls for it. I only put about 10-15% of myself into the things that I have to do, but if I need to take something seriously, I can. I just prefer to be very lighthearted, and not take things too seriously. And I love a challenge of the mind, but be forewarned, if I lose said challenge, it is likely I shall grow enraged and begin hurling vehicles into buildings HULK STYLE. heheh nah, BUT SERIOUSLY I WILL, lol no he won't, OR WILL I, no not really.
3. I won't be able to watch Torchwood until tomorrow, or more likely, Friday :( But I am excited for new episodes!!! I just won't click on any spoilers.
4. Tomorrow a couple friends and I are going to see Cloverfield.
5. My Theory teacher says that we should use theories like ventriloquist dummies. We should get inside them and speak through them. I have now come to the conclusion that anthropologists = the Spirit of Jazz.
