*waits impatiently for Hot Fuzz on DVD*
Jul. 3rd, 2007 04:28 pmMy sister has a crush (and by crush, I mean she won't stop talking about him) on Jonathan Cheechoo from the San Jose Sharks. It's cute. She's making cupcakes for his birthday and all that. She even made my dad and I go to the mall the other day so she could get a chain that looked like the one he has. I also keep seeing 'I <3 Cheechoo' everywhere. Oh to be twelve again ^_^
Today, I was semi-productive. I slept until about noon, but I applied online to four jobs (Noah's Bagels, Borders, Cold Stone, and Pizza My Heart) in Santa Cruz for when I go back in August. I still have three more printed .pdf files I have to fill out though (Bad Ass Coffee, Peet's Coffee and Tea, and Jamba Juice). But what I really need right now is a shower. I ate lunch outside and it was hot. There was a breeze, thank God, but I put my feet in the pool for a few minutes and almost got burned. My white ass doesn't tan. It burns.
I haven't made icons or graphics in a while. The last thing I made was a beer label for my dad and his friend who make their own beer.

I've decided that if I can stand to watch it again (and not cry too much), I'm going to try to make a banner/header/something from the last ep of Doctor Who. Right now, my iPod is filled with Doctor/Master vids and 'Songs for World Domination' =D I love it!
Tomorrow is the 4th of July and my dad, stepmom, sister, and I are going to the movies (I'm going to see Transformers) and just going to hang out. I don't really care about going out or watching fireworks. Instead, I'll be trying to calm Willy down (my sister's dog). Last year he went crazy and wouldn't stop shaking. I feel bad because there's nowhere to go where he can't hear the explosions. And he's a nervous wreck on good days.
Last night, I watched Big Nothing, mainly (okay, only) because Simon Pegg is in it.
It was funny. As with almost any movie, there were some parts I really liked, and others not so much. It was dark, that's for sure. Two important points I'd like to make:
1. The Good = Simon's ass.
2. The Bad = Simon's character, Gus, gets killed :(
That's about all I have to say about the movie. I'm not very good with reviews. I'm not very critical. Yay Simon's ass; Nay Simon getting killed. I'm pretty simple ;)
