i can't wait until this school year is over. just a little over a week left. good grief. but then i get to try and find a place to live next year. i'll worry about that once finals are over.
today i went to the health center and they don't know what's wrong with me. that's comforting. i'm waiting for test results, but i might not get an answer until Thursday. and regardless of whether the results are positive or negative, they still want me to see a specialist when i go home for the summer.
and i still haven't really started writing my papers. whoops. they're due on Friday, so maybe i should get on that. i also have a presentation on Thursday. it's only 10 minutes, but that's 10 minutes in front of a class and a teacher and i'm the only one talking...
in less depressing news, i already had a Vox account so i went to www.moo.com/vox and got myself another free 10 pack of mini-MOO cards ^_^
the other night, i stayed up until 4 am watching a mini-marathon of Gene Simmons Family Jewels and now i have a slight crush on Gene's son, Nick.
unlike "The Osbournes", i actually like watching this show. i love Gene's kids. they're adorable and i can't believe that Sophie is only two years older than my sister.

Enter Nick, 17, and Sophie, 13. In finding surprising ways to laugh at their father without begrudging him anything, they open the show up to being something other than a strict “Osbournes” rip-off. Nick especially is great looking, self-deprecating and cool in every way that his father is not. He graciously manages to deflect his father’s bullying and obsolete tips on style, business and music, while handily stealing every one of their scenes together.
Sophie is also sweet and level-headed. You have to wonder what it’s like to be 13 and to look to your mother, a porn star, for ideas about womanhood. Somehow Sophie manages to get a kick out of it while keeping her integrity. That’s impressive. If “The Osbournes” manages to present the dotage of a revered narcissist, “Gene Simmons Family Jewels” may give viewers some pointers about how to live with such a person.
what else? i'm sure you've all heard/seen about Will Ferrel and Sasha Baron Cohen, but nevertheless here's a pic [because it amuses me and i need to be amused right now]:

i think there was something else i wanted to say, but it's gone. well, in its place i'll say this: Psych returns July 13th at ten!!

*watches clip* Hrm. Will really wasn't that into it (I mean, into the actual kiss part). No tongue - that was a guykiss. I still think the best TV mankiss was Dinello and Colbert on Exit 57, which is unfortunately no longer on YouTube - bastards! That was definitely a tongue-kiss.
I am dying to see Colbert talk Stewart into something like that. Maybe he's just waiting until the moment is right. :p

Date: 2007-06-07 07:31 pm (UTC)and as for my symptoms- i thought i had a UTI but the first results said i don't. i had been drinking a lot of water so they decided to do a culture and we'll see. basically it's cramp-like pain and i have to pee all the time ^_^ i've had problems since i was a child with that stuff. on medication from about ages 4 to 12. *le sigh*
and you're right about the clip. it wasn't the best of kisses, but it sure is fun to watch everybody else's reactions =D
that picture is awesome. i wish YouTube would stop taking things down or make people take things down. boo.
i think i might actually pay to see Jon and Stephen kiss like that *nods*
