meh. i've been in a funky mood lately. it always seems to happen around my birthday but i'm not quite sure why. i thought i was supposed to see my dad, sister, and step-mom this weekend to celebrate my bday but they have plans on Sat. so i guess i'll be seeing them the weekend after my bday. they'll be mailing my present out to me. at least it's an iPod video, so i'm looking forward to that. also, all my closest friends have jobs/school/lives of their own ;) i'm going to be seeing them on my bday but i wish i got to see them more often. instead, i'm in Santa Cruz, in my room alone, but surrounded by really loud and annoying freshmen.

i think i'm also worried about my classes for the first time. i have my first two upper-division classes this quarter and although we haven't even done anything yet, i'm worried.

i was really excited by new Drake & Josh this weekend, but while the picture is fine, my Nick channel has a loud static sound. i'm having my brother tape it for me, but now i have to wait another week to see it :( little things like that just keep happening and really bothering me.

*sigh*

also, what is up with Sci-Fi calling this the 'season finale' of the 'Gates? it's the break. we've been through this before...
