it's been forever since i've made icons of any show other than Red Dwarf but today i felt inspired. so i made some of Star Trek and The Sentinel.... and Red Dwarf ;)

just commenting before work when i really should be getting ready to leave the house but i couldn't bare to not check the icons you posted.... absolutely gorgeous gorgeous 'omg i must watch some now' sentinel icons! so fantastic, i'm all inspired. i think it's time for a fandom revival for that one, i shall begin tonight. hoorah! and the wallpaper... in that top strip of photos, the third from the left - rimmer is looking so utterly gorgeous!!

wow. thank you! ^_^ the other day, i just woke up in a sentinel mood :) i haven't even watched the show in at least a few months, but i watched a couple songvids and felt all inspired ;) i was actually quite pleased with the way they turned out. now i just need to get a paid account so i can use them =P glad they inspired a fandom revival for ya! they kind of had the same effect on me. and as for Rimmer- i'd have to agree with you there XD [but i'm slightly biased- that man is always gorgeous to me ;) ]

i was listening to the season one red dwarf episode commentaries last night (i got the dvd set on saturday morning and watched them all on that day) and they're all so sweet! I had completely forgotte Kryten didn't come in til the second season, i kept waiting for him to turn up!

I'm the same with Sentinel - about a year ago i was copying and suppling mpeg episodes to tons of vidders, and really into the scene, and then my computer crashed and it all kinda ground to a halt. Must get back to it.. someone put the whole series onto dvd for me, i really should take advantage of that and work my way through them again!

i love those commentaries XD well, i love all the commentaries, but yeah... =) it was awesome when they were talking about Lister looking at Rimmer when wondering how they got the babies :D [i better not go on or i'll pretty much talk about everything on the commentaries ;) ]

that's awesome someone put them on DVD for you. are they ever going to come out on DVD? i want more caps so i can make more icons :) i have the whole series on tape and i think i'll try to go through the series again before i go back to school. since i'm sick right now i guess i have time ;) who knows. maybe it'll make me feel better :)

yes, i love that look too! it's incredibly funny and fantastic even if you're not in to the slash... i don't care either way at the moment, but since i friended you i've certainly been finding them a lot more attractive than i had before! Mmmmm.. Rimsey...

who knwos if sentinel will ever get released on dvd, no news yet certainly. it's wierd, because far less popular shows have been released. are you kind of person that can use other people's caps? cos if you are, then i'm happy to cap sentinel and put some up on photobucket for you sometime. :) I ask because i can't bring myself to bring other peoples, i can only use my own. Fickle, me.

i just get frustrated when shows come out on DVD the second the season ends when it's been years since The Sentinel aired :/ and i have no problem using other people's caps. sometimes i make my best icons with them. i usually go through my folders and ranomly click on a picture and then play with it. if i try to plan something out, it never works :) if you could put some up on photobucket, that would be great =) i'd save the caps of course so you wouldn't have to keep them up long, but that'd be fun. i understand how you feel though. i'm that way with what icons i use. i can only use the ones i made, no matter how much i love other people's.

yeah, i can only ever use my own icons. something to do with pride, i think. and ego. i have far too much ego. terrible.

i'll get some screen caps for you then, someday soon. probbly come the weekend i'll be wanting to sit down and make some. i can make a seperate photobucket account for it and then you don't have to worry about saving them, we can just leave them up there and take what we want to use. i'll likely be using them too, but i have no plans to make huge batches of icons from Red Dwarf, just a select few to use myself.

I'll give you a buzz when i've got some caps for ya :D

hey, here's a little batch. they can stay there forever, as it's a new Photobucket Album i set up. They're not very good quality actually, i was disappointed when i started watching the dvd as i had remembered it being better quality, but nevermind, hopefully for icons they'll be fine. Use them if you like, i'll tell you when and if i ever add more episodes.

yeah, i pine for good quality caps, which is my normally i just use my own dvds. i buy films just for it, i bought Hook recently just so i could cap the baddy. I need help.
