As for the death scene itself, I was watching it with one eyebrow up. It was unbelievably cheesy and so badly acted, I though I will facepalm. Seriously, think Owen and Tosh - I was crying, I was caring. Here, I couldn't even shrug. Not to mention his death was so pointless and the lead to it (Jack threatening the Aliens... oh how smart) just wallbangerish. No I think he'll be back. If not.... *shakes fist*
