Let me first start by saying that there were some really annoying young people behind me who I'm pretty sure haven't even seen the other Indy movies. When Cate Blanchett's character started speaking, one of the idiots behind me said "Why are the bad guys always Nazis?!" Um, what? That's not German, genius. That's Russian.
Oh, and the whole time they kept talking about crystal skulls, I kept thinking about Daniel and SG-1 =D
Overall, I enjoyed it. There were a lot of really funny moments. Also, I know people seem to be split on this, but I like Shia LaBeouf. Even Stevens was a funny show, okay?
There did seem to be a little less action than the others, but that's kind of to be expected. And the alien thing was kind of o_0 but I still liked it. The alien creeped the hell out of me. I'm not sure which was worse, its skeleton or the whole thing.
I loved seeing the Ark again (I love how it keeps popping up) and OMG Indy got married! I have to say though, they make a really cute family. Indy even called Henry Jones III (aka Mutt) 'Junior' <3
One of my favorite parts (besides the whole 'grab the snake!' thing) was at the end when the wind blew Indy's hat towards his son and you could hear the whole audience say 'Oh, hell no!' only to have Indy snatch it back ^_^
Oh, yeah! And the aliens? Were archaeologists! <3 <3 <3
However there was one thing which kept me from enjoying it as much as I could have and something that affected me more than I thought it would; the one reason why I may never forgive Sean Connery for refusing to have a cameo in this movie -
R.I.P.
HENRY JONES, SR

Henry Jones:
Elsa never really believed in the grail. She thought she'd found a prize.
Indy:
And what did you find, Dad?
Henry Jones:
Me? Illumination.
