Went to Japantown today with mom. A nice, rainy, grey day. We got lunch at Isobune and I got a few things from the market for a Japanese snack package I'm offering at help_japan (banner/link at bottom of entry). After that, we went to the post office on 24th Street to drop off my student loan payment and pick up some boxes for shipping the snack package. While we were in the area, I also got a lemon drop cupcake and a mint chocolate mini cupcake. I ate the latter before I could take a picture of it though ;)

I'm not sure what a bee has to do with lemon, but I ain't complaining. Little guy was tasty. Mmmm... almond wings.

Technically I'm in Daly City now (was born and raised in SF). We live RIGHT by Colma BART so not much of a commute. Takes about 10 minutes for my mom to drive to work and she works on Valley St.

And while I'm unemployed I definitely have a lot of free time, so I'd be more than happy to hang and get coffee or something ;D

omfg you're so lucky :( LMFAO ANYONE WHO HAS A COMMUTE THAT ISN'T MINE aka going from oakley to daly city LIKE AWES ME IDEK. since starting at SF state like 4 years ago i've always wished my mom lived close to my school sobs :(

ahh that's awesome! :> i'm in the city on MWF for school, we could always meet up at the daly city stop and go downtown or something like that! my family's crazy stressed like for the rest of the month of march but we should definitely make plans for later on ♥
