Has LJ switched anyone else's icons on them? I have one that is supposed to be Shawn (from Psych) dancing, but instead it's this *points*

This one *points* keeps randomly showing up as cartoon-y text laughter, on and off. It's been going around, basically.

I kept getting some Highlander icon instead of a SPN one. I finally had to delete the offending icon and reupload my original and rename it.

I wonder why that happens... Oh well, I guess if it doesn't change back or something I'll do what you did. It's a good thing I credited the person who made it. I don't think I have it saved on this computer.

Yea, it's happened to me and quite a few others. Apparently there's this weird caching glitch for LJ that will randomly switch out the default icon. I think. Read: Don't worry, it's just a glitch in the coding. LJ knows about it, but they can't seem to fix it.

The icon switching has been happening, occasionally, for a while now. It's never happened to me, but I have seen others complaining of it in communities sometimes.

I guess there are bound to be a few glitches every now and then. I think I remember hearing about something like this, but this is the first time I've seen it in action ^_^

Oh well. I guess I'll just try to find the icon again and name it something else.
