Writer's Block: Busting Blocks

My sister and I just saw Ice Age 3: Dawn of the Dinosaurs in 3D today.
I spent more than I would have liked at the movies though. My dad gave us money but I ended up using my card and the cash for food. I'm just trying to be really careful about my spending right now. I did manage to resist buying something at Hot Topic though.
In even less exciting news, I slept weird on my right shoulder last night, and now it hurts when I take a deep breath. I was also finally able to shower! Yay, I don't feel all gross anymore. I don't like seeing where they made the incisions though. It still kind of creeps me out. And tomorrow I really need to call my surgeon and set up a follow-up appointment.
It's so warm in San Jose. I'm thinking of going back home tomorrow because my friend is heading back that way from Santa Cruz and she said she'd get me. My friend's baby shower is also on Saturday and I'd really like to go. I feel bad about leaving my dad's so soon though. But it would seem I don't need nearly as much taking care of as I had imagined. I do like staying here though. Maybe I'll come back after? I don't know. It's nice to stay in a big open house with a pool (even if I can't swim right now) and somebody to cook meals every day since my dad is off for the summer.
