One of the things I love about Torchwood is that these two (Jack & Ianto) are an actual 'item.' I don't want to say couple, because we don't really know what kind of thing they have going on. It is clear that they go at it like rabbits and they do care for each other, but there's still a lot of ambiguity about their relationship.
